Brief introduction:
The temperature shock test simulates drastic changes in temperature to evaluate the adaptability of products or materials under conditions of rapid temperature fluctuations, such as storage, transportation, and use. The temperature changes in a temperature shock test are typically measured by the transition time. Generally, temperature shock test chambers are divided into two-bin and three-bin types. The transition time for the two-bin type is faster than that of the three-bin type, with the former usually being less than 10 seconds, and the latter being within 3 to 5 minutes.
Application Fields:Automotive products, electronic and electrical components, communication equipment, aviation equipment, PCB, PCBA, instruments and meters, household appliances, etc.
Primary Equipment:Temperature shock test chamber.

Reference Standards:GB/T28046.4, ISO 16750-4, GB/T 2423.22, IEC 60068-2-13, etc.

Case Introduction:

Competence and Advantages:To accurately perform tests, precise equipment is a must, and most of JASDEC's equipment in use are brand-name industry devices, with a considerable number of them. The inner box volume ranges from 11L to 1000L, with multiple units of each volume available for testing samples of different sizes and dimensions. Additionally, we offer excellent solutions for overweight items, such as temperature shock tests for products up to 300kg. These high-end devices can carry out the vast majority of current testing standards.
