Ramp Impact Test
Brief Introduction: The inclined impact test simulates the ability of products or packaging to withstand impact damage in real-world conditions, such as handling, stacking on shelves, motor sliding, forklift loading/unloading, and product transportation, etc. Utilizing the principle of converting potential energy into kinetic energy, the packaged item is slid to the end position at a predetermined speed and collides with an impact plate perpendicular to the direction of speed, thereby achieving the intended test objectives.
Application Fields: Automotive Products, Electronic Electrical Parts, Communication Equipment, Home Appliances, Medical Devices, Transportation Packaging, etc.
Primary Equipment: Inclined Impact Tester.
Reference Standards: GB/T4857.11, ISO 2244, ASTM D880, ISTA Series Standards, etc.
