1. High-Efficiency Filtration Unit

•Filter units include: Japanese-imported Toray "TORAY" PTFE-coated polyester fiber static dissipative filter cartridges with reinforced ribs, with a precision up to 0.3μm and a filtration efficiency of over 97%.

•Dust removal methods include: drum rotating scraper dust removal

2. Explosion-proof devices

•PX-STB series explosion-proof electrical parts utilize隔爆型explosion-proof boxes. The unit features an explosion-proof box, an increased safety-type housing, excellent corrosion resistance, static-dissipative properties, shock resistance, and heat stability. It is equipped with explosion-proof control switches and indicator lights, offering high reliability and strong switching capacity with a long service life. All critical electrical components inside are of Schneider brand.

•YB explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor, explosion-proof grade Ex d II B T4.

•Dusting hoses and hose connectors are made of conductive materials to prevent static sparks.
