Extrusion molding machines with integrated dust removal, diffuser plate forming machines, powder feeding operations, edge grinding operations, cutting operations, and other processes with significant dust generation.

SPECIALTY | Performance Features:

1. Diverter Flow Equalizer

•Adding a baffle at the inlet, integrating functions of deflection, dust retention, and airflow distribution, allows large particles of dust to fall directly into the ash bin, achieving a preliminary dust removal effect. This eliminates the need for additional pre-cyclone separators or large particle splash火花捕集器, reducing the investment and operating costs of the entire system. Additionally, it decreases the air velocity reaching the filter element surface, enhancing the filtration efficiency.

2. Star Type Discharge Valve Automatic Discharge

•For applications with high dust volumes requiring continuous operation of the purifier, a special star discharge valve has been configured. It operates smoothly and reliably, discharges evenly and accurately, has a compact size, excellent sealing, easy maintenance, and a long service life. Additionally, a vibration dusting motor is added to the hopper to prevent dusting.
