Applicable working conditions:

Specifically designed for flammable and explosive dusts, such as plastic powder feeding and screening operations, powder conveying and dust removal in the chemical industry, aluminum and magnesium parts polishing operations, flour grinding machines, and high polymer material feeding and screening operations.

SPECIALTY | Performance Features:

1. Anti-static filter material + safety pressure relief film

•Specially configured anti-static aluminum-coated membrane filter cartridges, incorporating conductive materials into the filter media layer, effectively discharge the static electricity of the dust to be treated through the ground wire, ensuring safety.

•To ensure the safe operation of the machine, a pressure-resistant diaphragm rated at 0.1MPa is installed on the side of the machine. In the event of an explosion, the diaphragm will quickly burst to release pressure; when no explosion occurs, the diaphragm maintains good rigidity and will not prematurely fail due to mechanical fatigue.

2. Explosion-proof electrical box

•Utilizing explosion-proof electrical boxes, electrical components are installed inside the box to prevent dust interference. The installation location can be customized according to customer requirements, placed at a convenient operating position.
