1. Tightly structured

▪Handling the same dust volume, the machine occupies significantly less floor space than a bag dust collector, and features a simpler installation method and easier mobility, making it the preferred choice for large-scale dust removal systems.

2. Multi-station system operation

▪For system workstations within large factories, matching system piping is provided, connecting to the VH-Z series high-volume dust removal system for unified processing.

3. Non-dust explosive construction

▪For special working conditions, it is equipped with antistatic filter elements, explosion-proof jet blowing devices, explosion-proof fans, safety relief valves, and explosion-proof electrical cabinets, preventing the generation of static electricity and sparks inside the machine. It features a structure that is less prone to dust accumulation, ensuring safe production.

Explosion-proof electrical box

Utilizing explosion-proof and intrinsically safe electrical boxes, electrical components are installed within the explosion-proof enclosures to prevent dust interference. The installation location can be customized according to customer requirements, ensuring convenient operation.

Blow-off diaphragm

In the event of a dust explosion, the explosion relief membrane will rupture quickly to release pressure, preventing the machine from exploding and ensuring the operator is not endangered. After an explosion occurs, simply replacing the explosion relief membrane allows for reuse.
