1. Wide power coverage, suitable for a wide range of applications

▪Based on actual operating conditions, select equipment with varying power and shapes. Generally, equipment under 25KW is in a single unit, while over 25KW is split into separate units. Dust removal is easily achieved through the system piping.

2. Multi-functional dust collection configuration

▪Configurable with various dust collection methods, such as gas-tight collection boxes, continuously operating star discharge valves, manually operated plug valves, drawer-style collection boxes, etc., these solutions ensure effective dust removal while providing great convenience to our customers.

3. Versatile expansion features

▪For convenient on-site use, accessories such as grinding heads, quick connectors for hoses, and dusting tongs can be added.

▪According to operating conditions, additional pressure sensors and variable-frequency drives are required. Machine operation is automatically controlled through PLC, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.

▪Optional sound-dampening hood design for reduced noise levels.

▪Can be connected to the workshop's overall automatic control system, allowing remote monitoring of the vacuum system's operation status. It features remote on/off, fault alarms, and more.
