SPECIALTY | Performance Features:

1. Patented pulse reverse-blowing device

•We have replaced the commonly used straight-through nozzles with 90° helical nozzles, which cover the dust-cleaning area almost entirely, eliminating any cleaning blind spots. We have already applied for and obtained 2 national utility model patents: the pulse backblowing device for the automatic dust-cleaning system of the dust collector.

2. High-efficiency Coating Filter Cartridge

•Toray base material high-efficiency coated filter cartridges, with PTFE coating, achieve over 97% filtration efficiency for dust particles larger than 0.5μm, providing excellent removal of PM2.5 with such high filtration precision.•Vertical installation not only significantly reduces the machine's footprint but also effectively prevents filter area loss and enhances safety by avoiding dust accumulation.
