Product Overview

Screw blade evaporators are high-efficiency equipment for evaporation or distillation, which distribute liquids into a uniform film through high-speed rotation. They are also capable of deodorization, degassing reactions, as well as heating and cooling operations. These are widely applicable in industries such as food, light industry, petrochemicals, environmental protection, and more.

Performance and Features

This equipment features a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, representing a new structural evaporator that can still form a film at low flow rates. The adhered sediment in the wall surface of the evaporator section's cylinder can be quickly removed by an adjustable scraper. Compared to a scraper evaporator with fixed gaps, the evaporation rate can be increased by 40-69%. It possesses the following features and characteristics:

1. High thermal conductivity, with a large evaporation capacity, achieving an evaporation intensity of up to 200 kg/m²·hr, and high thermal efficiency.

2. Short material heating time, approximately 5 to 10 seconds, and operates under vacuum, which is advantageous for heat-sensitive materials. It ensures that various components do not decompose, guaranteeing product quality.

3. Wide adaptability to viscosity range; can handle both high and low viscosity materials. Material viscosity can reach up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).

4. Changing the scraper groove rotation direction can adjust the material's residence time in the evaporator.

5. The inner wall of the evaporator tube body is precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to coking and scaling.

6. User-friendly operation, easy to adjust product specifications, capable of continuous production with self-regulation under sealed conditions.

7. The equipment has a small footprint, a simple structure, easy maintenance, and straightforward cleaning.
