Operating Principle of MVR Evaporator

The MVR evaporator is an efficient and energy-saving evaporation system. Its principle involves compressing and heating the secondary steam through a compressor to increase its thermal energy, which then serves as a heat source to heat the material. This achieves cyclic evaporation, and the condensed hot water is then exchanged with the raw material to further recover heat, fully utilizing latent heat and reducing evaporation energy consumption, thereby saving operational costs.
