Sodium Chloride MVR Evaporator

The operating principle of the MVR evaporator
The MVR evaporator is an efficient and energy-saving evaporation system. It operates by compressing and heating the secondary steam through a compressor, enhancing its thermal energy and using it as a heat source to heat the material. This achieves a cyclic evaporation process, where the condensed hot water is then exchanged with the raw material to further recover heat, maximizing the utilization of latent heat. Consequently, it reduces evaporation energy consumption and operation costs.
Key Features of MVR Evaporators
High production efficiency, low operation cost, manual operation, compact structure, small land occupation.
Low heating temperature difference, short material residence time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
MVR Evaporator Applications
Widely used in industries such as food, fermentation, metallurgy, dyeing, inorganic salts, and chemical engineering for material evaporation crystallization and zero wastewater discharge treatment.
