2000 kg/h MVR Evaporator

The working principle of an MVR evaporator
The MVR evaporator is an efficient and energy-saving evaporation system. Its principle involves compressing and heating the secondary steam through a compressor to enhance its thermal fusion, which then serves as a heat source to heat the material. This facilitates cyclic evaporation, where the condensed hot water is further exchanged with the raw material to recover additional heat. This process maximizes the utilization of latent heat, reducing evaporation energy consumption and operating costs.
Key Features of the MVR Evaporator
High production efficiency, low operation costs, manual operation, compact structure, and small land occupation.
Low heating temperature difference, short material residence time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
Application Range of MVR Evaporators
Broadly applied in the evaporation and crystallization of materials and zero-discharge treatment of wastewater for industries such as food, fermentation, metallurgy, dyeing and printing, inorganic salts, and chemicals.
