100 kg/h MVR Evaporator

The working principle of the MVR evaporator
The MVR evaporator is an efficient and energy-saving evaporation system. It operates by compressing and heating the secondary steam from evaporation, enhancing its thermal energy and using it as a heat source to heat the material. This achieves a cyclic evaporation process, where the condensed hot water is then exchanged with the raw material to further recover heat. This maximizes the use of latent heat, reducing evaporation energy consumption and operating costs.
Key Features of MVR Evaporators
High production efficiency, low operating costs, manual control, compact structure, small land occupation.
Low temperature difference during heating, short material residence time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
MVR Evaporator Applications
Widely applied in the evaporation and crystallization of materials and zero-discharge treatment of wastewater in industries such as food, fermentation, metallurgy, dyeing and printing, inorganic salts, and chemical engineering.
