Triple-effect forced circulation evaporator

Product Overview
The forced circulation crystallization system, in its recirculating form, is widely used. The raw liquid, along with the circulating mother liquor, is pumped to a heater for heating, then enters the FC crystallizer. Part of it is discharged from the conical bottom of the crystallizer, while the remaining mother liquor is recirculated back to the crystallization chamber via the recirculation pipe, driven by the circulating pump, thus continuously repeating the crystallization process.
This type of crystallizer enhances heat transfer efficiency, is effective for high-density, high-viscosity solutions, produces large quantities, and is suitable for the evaporation and crystallization treatment of high-salt wastewater with complex compositions and low requirements for salt particle size.
Product Features
Material properties requirements are lenient, with high flexibility in system operation.
The crystallizer utilizes an axial feeding method to enhance crystallization effects.
High flow velocity within the heat exchanger tube, improving the phenomenon of scaling on the tube wall.
