Product Overview

The forced circulation crystallization system, in a cyclic form, is widely used. The raw liquid, along with the circulating mother liquor, is transported to the heater by a circulation pump for heating, then enters the FC crystallizer. Part of it is discharged from the conical bottom of the crystallizer, while the remaining mother liquor is returned to the crystallization chamber through the circulation pipes by the circulation pump, thereby achieving a continuous crystallization process.

This type of crystallizer enhances heat transfer efficiency, is effective for high-density, high-viscosity solutions, and is suitable for large-scale production. It is ideal for the evaporation and crystallization treatment of high-salt wastewater with complex compositions and less stringent requirements for salt particle size.
