MVR Forced Circulation Evaporator

Product Overview
The forced recirculation crystallization system, with its cyclic form, is widely used. The raw material solution and the recycled mother liquor are transported to the heater by a circulating pump for heating, then enter the FC crystallizer. Part of it is discharged from the conical bottom of the crystallizer, while the remaining mother liquor is returned to the crystallization chamber via the circulating pipeline by the circulating pump, and this process is repeated cyclically to achieve a continuous crystallization process.
This type of crystallizer enhances heat transfer efficiency, is effective for high-density and high-viscosity solutions, produces large volumes, and is suitable for the evaporation and crystallization treatment of high-salt wastewater with complex compositions and low requirements for salt particle size.
Product Features
Material property requirements are lenient, with high flexibility in system operation.
The crystallizer is fed axially to enhance the crystallization effect.
High flow velocity inside the heat exchanger tube, improving the phenomenon of scaling on the tube wall.
