Medical and Pharmaceutical Concentrate Film Evaporator

Working Principle
The concentrated liquid is pumped to the top of the heating tube, forming a liquid film that flows downward along the inner wall of the tube. During this process, due to the external heating, the liquid film inside the tube begins to boil and partially evaporate. In the lower section of the tube and in the downstream separator, the remaining liquid and steam are separated.
Properly determine the fluid flow rate within the heat exchange tube to prevent dry sections at the bottom of the tube, while ensuring adequate liquid film thickness, thereby achieving optimal heat exchange efficiency and minimizing energy consumption.
The Falling Film Evaporator can perform both recirculating evaporation and single-pass evaporation promptly.
Application Scope
Single unit processing capacity up to 200T/H
Suitable for thermally sensitive materials
Suited for low concentration, low solid content, and low scaling tendency materials.
Product Features
High thermal conductivity, small temperature difference, vacuum evaporation.
Ensure the material remains in an appropriate boiling state within the heat exchange tube, to avoid dry wall and scaling due to vigorous vaporization.
No loss of boiling point due to liquid column, low circulation volume, and minimal power consumption.
