Industrial wastewater evaporator

Product Overview
The waste water evaporator is a mechanical evaporator, featuring a steam compressor as its primary characteristic. The steam compressor increases the pressure and temperature of water vapor through mechanical compression. Different types of steam compressors are selected based on airflow and compression requirements. The speed of the steam compressor is adjusted by a variable frequency drive, allowing for the compressor speed to be tailored to actual needs. The compressor is equipped with temperature and vibration sensors to ensure its long-term stable operation.
Wastewater evaporators are designed for chemical organic wastewater with high salinity and concentration. Based on the principle of evaporation concentration and crystallization, they use multi-effect vacuum evaporation to concentrate and crystallize organic wastewater. After separating the salt from the concentrated liquid, it is recovered through a salt concentrator. The concentrated liquid is then dried for recovery or incinerated. The condensed water after evaporation is typically treated through subsequent biochemical processes, achieving the standards for wastewater discharge.
Installation Precautions for Waste Water Evaporator
The installation process involves first drilling the升降 screw rod holes, followed by directly opening the copper tube and wire holes. The last two holes are for fixation and to prevent potential risks from the openings. The 300mm vertical plate locates the drain pipe after the evaporator, ensuring the drain holes are perpendicular to the vertical plate in front of the evaporator. The height difference between these two is 250mm. For refrigeration storage, an electrical heating wire for draining and waterproofing is required inside the drain pipe, while the heating section of the drain pipe for the film evaporator extends only 50mm into the storage panel. The exterior of the drain pipe only requires insulation. No electrical heating wire is needed for cold storage areas; all other areas are similar. The waste water evaporator is primarily used in the chemical industry, metal ore smelting, acid pickling waste liquid in large steel mills, and wet desulfurization waste liquid treatment in power plants, etc.
Features
① Evaporation capacity ranges from 0.5t/h to 100t/h.
② The system only consumes electricity during normal operation, with an energy consumption of 15KW.h to 100KW.h for evaporating each ton of water, and its operation cost is 1/8 to 1/2 of that for multi-effect evaporation.
③ It is currently an energy-saving evaporator, mostly of single-effect type with a small temperature difference and short residence time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
④ Compact structure, minimal land occupation.
⑤ The equipment operates automatically through PLC control, ensuring long-term continuous and stable operation.
