I. Main Application:
It is primarily used for measurement and testing applications that require high shielding performance, such as information security and EMC testing. Its main structural features include easy assembly and disassembly, attractive appearance, and light weight.
II. Performance Specifications:

III. Structural Composition:
1. Shell: The housing features a six-panel structure with insulation between the housing and the ground. The six-panel housing is made up of unit modules from 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets, assembled with zinc-plated bolts, nuts, washers, and conductive gaskets after being zinc-coated and spray-painted.
2. Shield Doors: Various types of shield doors can be configured according to user requirements, including electric (manual) locking shield doors, manual locking shield doors, pneumatic shield doors, and fully automatic shield doors, etc. Custom sizes are available (special double-door shield doors can be made).
3. Ventilation waveguide windows: Honeycomb ventilation waveguide windows, size 300×300mm. Considering connection with central air conditioning or fresh air systems, various non-standard size waveguide windows can be configured according to the specifications of shielded rooms.
4. High-performance Low-Leakage Power Filters: Capable of handling various specifications of power cables for 220V/380V, 50Hz, suitable for use in shielded rooms; also, we can provide custom power filters for special power requirements (such as 110V/36V, 400Hz, etc.).
5. Indoor Electrical: Indoor distribution box installed, recessed fluorescent light blocks for lighting (Only incandescent bulbs allowed in test rooms, the specific quantity is determined by the function and corresponding illuminance calculation), cable routing, control switches, and outlets (wall-mounted or floor-mounted outlets or outlet boxes, quantity based on customer requirements).
6. Interior Renovation: Decorate the ceiling, walls, and floor according to customer requirements.
7. Additional Services: Air conditioning can be installed in the shielding room upon customer request, along with signal processing. Additionally, all cables connected to the equipment racks must be shielded (such as fire alarms, surveillance, audio, and various data lines).
