I. Main Application:
Welded electromagnetic shielding rooms are high-performance shielding rooms, primarily used for large shielding areas, high shielding performance, and special requirements.
II. Performance Specifications:

III. Structural Composition:
1. Shell: Features a six-panel body, supporting frame, and insulation between the shell and the ground. The roof and wall panels are made of 2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets, while the floor is constructed with 3mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets. Welding is done using CO2 gas shielded welding.
2. Shield Doors: Various types of shield doors are available for configuration according to user requirements, including electric (manual) locking shield doors, manual locking shield doors, pneumatic shield doors, and fully automatic shield doors, etc. Customized specifications and sizes are available (special designs can include double-swing shield doors).
3. Ventilation Waveguide Windows: Honeycomb ventilation waveguide windows, size 300×300mm. Suitable for connection with central air conditioning or fresh air systems, waveguide windows of various non-standard sizes can be configured according to the specifications of shielded rooms.
4. High-performance Low-Leakage Power Filters: Capable of handling various specifications of power cables for 220V/380V, 50Hz, suitable for use in shielded rooms. Additionally, we offer custom power filters for special power requirements (such as 110V/36V, 400Hz, etc.).
5. Indoor Electrical: Indoor installation of distribution boxes, recessed fluorescent light modules for lighting (Only incandescent bulbs are allowed in test rooms, the specific quantity is determined by the function and corresponding illuminance calculation), cable routing, control switches, and outlets (wall outlets, floor outlets, or outlet boxes, quantity based on customer requirements).
6. Interior Renovation: Decorate the ceiling, walls, and floor according to customer specifications.
7. Other: Air conditioning can be installed in the shielding room upon customer request, along with signal processing. Additionally, all cables connected to the server room must be shielded (such as fire alarms, surveillance, audio, and various data lines).
