Structural composition
1. Housing
Constructed from steel frame, steel plates,焊接 with CO2 protection welding, and treated for surface rust prevention; ceiling panels and wall panels are made of 2MM thick cold-rolled steel plates, while the floor is made of 3MM thick cold-rolled steel plates.
2. Shielded Door
Customers can choose from various types of shielding doors such as manual, electrically locked doors, sliding doors, and fully automatic doors, with specifications and sizes customizable to meet their requirements.
3. Ventilation System
Honeycomb ventilation waveguide window, size 300300MM, with exhaust equipment. Specific dimensions and quantities are to be configured based on the actual area of the shielding room and the central air conditioning or fresh air compensation system, and can be customized for non-standard or special shapes.
4. Power Supply System
Configure high-performance, low-leakage power filter, quantity and specifications based on actual user requirements. The filter front end cannot have a leakage protection device, but an overload protection device can be set. The technical specifications of the power supply and distribution system comply with GB2887-89.
5. Communication, Control, and Signal Transmission Systems
Configure fiber optic waveguide, signal conversion interfaces, and signal filters: for telephones, faxes, access control, air conditioning, fire protection, video surveillance, audio, radio frequency, PC serial ports, etc., can be customized as required.
6. Indoor Electrical Equipment
Indoor electrical configurations include distribution boxes, various control switches, lighting, wall power outlets, floor sockets, grounding terminals, etc. Specific specifications and quantities are configured based on actual requirements. Electrical configurations are executed according to process requirements; if no requirements are specified, follow GB2887-90.
7. Interior decoration
Decorate the walls, ceilings, and floors according to customer requirements.
8. Grounding System
Due to the circuit characteristics of the power filter, the shielding room housing will carry a certain voltage. Therefore, the shielding room must be reliably grounded before use, with the grounding resistance ≤1Ω to nullify the potential of the shielding room housing, personnel, and equipment. The grounding system is provided by the user.
9. Miscellaneous
Configure fiber optic waveguides, air conditioners (note: variable-speed air conditioners are not suitable for use in shielded rooms), etc., and perform shielding treatment on the air conditioner's piping.
