I. Primary Applications:
Welded electromagnetic shielding rooms are high-performance shielding rooms, primarily used for large shielding areas, high shielding performance, and special requirements.
II. Performance Specifications:

Section 3: Structural Composition:
1. Housing: The housing features six panels, supporting ribs, and insulation between the housing and the ground. The roof and wall panels are made of 2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets, while the floor is constructed with 3mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets. Welding is performed using CO2 gas shielded welding.
2. Shield Doors: Configurable shield doors according to user requirements, including electric (manual) locking shield doors, manual locking shield doors, pneumatic shield doors, and fully automatic shield doors, etc. Custom specifications and sizes are available (special designs can include double swing shield doors).
3. Ventilation Waveguide Windows: Honeycomb ventilation waveguide windows, size 300×300mm. Available for connection with central air conditioning or fresh air systems, custom-sized waveguide windows can be configured according to shielded room specifications.
4. High-performance Low-Leakage Power Filters: Capable of handling various specifications of power cables for 220V/380V, 50Hz, suitable for use in shielded rooms; also, we can provide custom power filters for special power requirements (such as 110V/36V, 400Hz, etc.).
5. Indoor Electrical: Indoor layout includes distribution boxes, recessed fluorescent lighting panels (test rooms can only use incandescent bulbs, with specific quantities based on function and corresponding illuminance calculations), cable routing, control switches, and outlets (wall-mounted or floor-mounted outlets, or outlet boxes, quantity determined by customer requirements).
6. Interior Renovation: Renovation services for ceilings, walls, and floors are provided according to customer specifications.
7. Additional Services: Air conditioning can be installed in the shielded room upon customer request, along with signal processing. Additionally, all cables connected to the server room must undergo shielding treatment (such as fire alarms, surveillance, audio, and various data lines).
