I. Main Application:
Welded electromagnetic shielding chambers are high-performance electromagnetic shielding rooms, primarily used for large shielding areas, high shielding performance, and special requirements.
II. Performance Specifications:

Section 3: Structural Composition:
1. Shell: Features a six-panel structure, supporting framework, and insulation between the shell and the ground. The roof and wall panels are made of 2mm thick cold-rolled steel plates, while the floor is constructed with 3mm thick cold-rolled steel plates. Welding is done using CO2 protected welding.
2. Shield Doors: Various types of shield doors can be configured according to user requirements, such as electric (manual) locking shield doors, manual locking shield doors, pneumatic shield doors, and fully automatic shield doors, etc. Custom sizes are available (special sizes can include bi-parting shield doors).
3. Ventilation Waveguide Windows: Honeycomb ventilation waveguide windows, size 300×300mm. Considering connection with central air conditioning or fresh air systems, various non-standard size waveguide windows can be configured according to shielded room specifications.
4. High-performance Low-Leakage Power Filters: Capable of handling various specifications of power cables for 220V/380V, 50Hz power supply, suitable for use in shielded rooms. Additionally, we offer a range of customized power filters for special power supplies (such as 110V/36V, 400Hz, etc.).
5. Indoor Electrical: Indoor setup includes distribution boxes, recessed fluorescent lighting blocks (test rooms can only use incandescent bulbs, the specific quantity depends on the function and corresponding illuminance calculation), cable routing, control switches, and outlets (wall-mounted, floor-mounted, or outlet boxes, quantity determined by customer requirements).
6. Interior Renovation: Decorate the ceiling, walls, and floor according to the customer's requirements.
7. Additional: Air conditioning can be installed in the shielding room per customer request, along with signal processing. Additionally, all cables connected to the data center must undergo shielding treatment (such as fire, surveillance, audio, and various data lines).
