I. Main Application:
Welded electromagnetic shielding rooms are high-performance shielding rooms, primarily used for large shielding areas, high shielding performance, and special requirements.
II. Performance Specifications:

Section 3: Structural Composition:
Shell: Consists of six-panel body, supporting frame, and insulation treatment between the shell and ground. The roof and wall panels are made of 2mm thick cold-rolled steel plates, while the floor is made of 3mm thick cold-rolled steel plates. Welding process is CO2 protected welding.
2. Shield Doors: Configurable shield doors to meet user requirements, including electric (manual) locking shield doors, manual locking shield doors, pneumatic shield doors, and fully automatic shield doors, etc. Customized specifications and sizes available (special double-open shield doors can be made upon request).
3. Ventilation Waveguide Windows: Honeycomb ventilation waveguide windows, size 300×300mm. Considered for connection with central air conditioning or fresh air systems, waveguide windows of various non-standard sizes can be configured according to the specifications of shielded rooms.
4. High-performance Low-Leakage Power Filters: Capable of handling various specifications of power cables for 220V/380V, 50Hz power supplies, suitable for use in shielded rooms. Additionally, we offer customized power filters for special power requirements (such as 110V/36V, 400Hz, etc.).
5. Indoor Electrical: Indoor setup includes a distribution box, recessed fluorescent lighting blocks for illumination (the test room can only use incandescent bulbs, with the specific quantity determined by the function and corresponding illuminance calculation), cable routing, control switches, and outlets (wall-mounted, floor-mounted, or outlet boxes, quantity as per customer requirement).
6. Interior Renovation: Decorate the ceiling, walls, and floor according to customer requirements.
7. Additional Services: Air conditioning can be installed in the shielding room upon customer request, along with signal processing. Additionally, all cables connected to the server room must be shielded (e.g., fire alarm, surveillance, audio, various data cables).
