UII Type Steam Heat Exchanger

Product Overview
The UⅡ type steam radiator is a steam radiator that is suitable for both steam radiator systems and hot water heating systems. Its inlet and outlet connections are on the same side, and the inlet and outlet are connected using U-bend pipes. This design accommodates certain special installation requirements, such as the necessity for one end of the air heater to be against a wall or adjacent to other obstructions.
Finned tubes are made by wrapping φ16×1mm copper tubes with 10×0.2mm corrugated copper strips, forming a spiral structure. They come in three different fin pitches: 3.2mm-"R", 4.2mm-"M", and 6.5mm-"T". The "R" pitch has a small pitch and a large heat dissipation area, offering high heat dissipation; the "M" pitch has a larger pitch, resulting in less heat dissipation and air resistance; the "T" pitch is suitable for high steam pressure and low air temperature rise conditions.
The UⅡ type steam radiator offers a variety of combinations with different surface tube lengths, tube counts, row numbers, and fin spacing, totaling 765 different sizes and specifications.
After the fin tube is wound, it undergoes surface dipping in tin alloy to ensure tight contact between the fins and the tube, and to achieve both aesthetic and anti-corrosion effects.
The fins are connected to the main air return pipe using copper welding, with all other process details strictly adhered to and meticulously planned to ensure the steam radiator performs well, is durable, easy to install, and cost-effective.
UⅡ type numbering method
Model arranged sequentially (spacing code) 3.2 - Number of surface tubes - Surface tube length (inches).
If two rows are used, with a strip spacing of 3.2mm, 21 tubes on the surface, and tube length of 60 inches, it is UⅡ—2 (R)—21—60.
UⅡ Type basic technical parameters are shown in the table.
