Water flow generated by the submersible pump passes through the nozzle to form a high-speed jet, creating a vacuum around the nozzle to吸入 air. This air is mixed with the water flow in the mixing chamber, resulting in a water-air mixture inside the funnel-shaped diffuser. It is喷射ed out at high speed, carrying many bubbles. The water flow, swirling and stirring in a larger area and depth, completes aeration. Furthermore, its shaft power does not change with the depth of submersion, and the intake volume is adjustable. Cleaning   

1、To prevent the accumulation of impurities in the submersible aeration pump over different periods, clean water can be drawn from the pump to clean it. If the submersible aeration pump is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry place and frost protection should be noted.

2、Oiling and Oil Change:The oil chamber of the submersible aeration pump has been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil prior to shipment. This oil should be replaced annually. The oil change should be carried out as follows: Place the submersible aeration pump properly, ensuring the oil chamber plug faces downward, loosen the plug, drain the lubricating oil, then clean the oil chamber with washing oil, refill with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, replace with a new O-ring, and tighten the plug. If water is found in the oil, flush the oil chamber as per regulations and refill with oil, tighten the plug.OO-Ring plug. A re-inspection must be conducted after three weeks; if the oil has turned milky again, inspect the mechanical seals. 3、Operation failure  In the event of a malfunction in operation, if the cause cannot be determined and the troubleshooting methods provided later fail to resolve the issue, do not resort to makeshift solutions or私自 attempt repairs or disassemblies.
