Technical Description of Propeller Type Agitator

Working Conditions:
The propeller mixer can operate continuously under the following conditions.
In sludge containing inorganic sand;
Medium temperature not exceeding 40℃;
Medium pH value between 5-9.
Liquid density does not exceed 1500Kg/m3;
Extended dive operations, dive depth generally does not exceed 10m;

A.2.1 On-SiteThe electrical components within the control box must meet the rated breaking capacity requirement of ≥50kA. All electrical control systems inside the box should operate safely, be reliable in action, and switches, buttons, indicator meters should comply with remote/local control requirements.
A.2.2 Component Requirements:
Molded Case Circuit Breaker: Made in China, breaking capacity 50kA.
Miniature circuit breakers: Made in China
Contactor: Made in China
Thermal Relay:
Start/Stop Button and Indicator Light: Domestic.
Terminal block: Domestic.
Installation, debugging, and acceptance of all electrical components must meet the requirements.
A.2.3 All on-site control boxes/cabinets are made of 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of not less than 2mm, and equipped with stainless steel door handles on the box/cabinet doors.
A.2.4 The cabinet door locks should be uniformly selected as corrosion-resistant and sturdy alloy locks. The outer lock should be a keyed lock, while the inner lock should be a convenient lock. The keys for the same type of lock should be identical. The control cabinet panel must also have a sealed cover with an observation hole covering the indicator lights and buttons, etc., which can be locked to prevent moisture from rain from affecting the components. Silicon rubber sealing rings should be used.
A.2.5 Protection grade of the 2.5 control box: Indoor not less than IP54, outdoor not less than IP56.

Electrical equipment housings are available in silver color. Materials include spray-painted or 304 stainless steel.
