Propeller mixer systems are a type of system that utilizes dosing mixers and reaction tanks.-The dosing stirrer is composed of a motor, a cycloidal gear reducer (with a set of cycloidal speed-reducing gears inside), a stirrer shaft, and stirrer blades. Once the motor is powered on, it drives the stirrer shaft and blades to rotate; the rotation of the dosing stirrer pushes the water flow within the reaction tank, ensuring that the chemicals and water are fully mixed and react, thereby shortening the mixing time of the chemicals with water and significantly enhancing the efficiency of the chemical usage.
