Duane Environmental's paddle-type agitator construction and materials:
Electric Motor
Electric motors and reducers are assembled as a complete set with the propeller mixers.
Technical requirements for the motor:
The material and performance of the motor should comply with the "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Electric Motors."GB755-87 standard, as well as relevant technical standards issued by ASTM and IEC.
· The motor is suitable for operation with a 380V/3ph/50Hz power supply, with the motor stator winding and stator lead insulation at least F class, IP55 protection rating for the housing, and vertical installation.
The motor design is energy-efficient and can operate under shock loads, with its rated power exceeding that of the mixer design. Axial power 1.15 times, but not exceeding 1.3 times; grease-lubricated ball bearings, operating at 1500rpm, 1000rpm, or 750rpm.
② Deceleration unit
Gear-reduced paddle mixers are equipped with a gear reduction unit, featuring a drive shaft and blades made of304, 316 stainless steel or carbon steel with corrosion resistance.
Technical Requirements for the Deceleration Device:
The gear box housing material is ductile iron or equivalent, sturdy and solid, with casting that does not allow cracks or blow holes.
Gear reduction, parallel shaft design, and full-sealed oil bath lubrication structure. Only spiral bevel gears or helical gears are allowed to be used; the design should incorporate the following:"Unique features of the gear change include the ability to adjust the mixer's output speed without removing the motor from the gear box; the gear box has a rotation efficiency of not less than 95%."
Bearings usedNSK brand, capable of continuous operation for 24 hours, with a lifespan of not less than 100,000 hours.
The lubrication system reliably supplies oil to the gears and bearings continuously; no additional oil pump is allowed. The oil level in the gear box should be accessible. Check through a bull's-eye sight or oil level gauge; lubrication for the gearbox bearings can also use grease, but bearings using grease should be equipped with an oil gauge for replenishment and should not be sealed.
The equipment housing should be dust-proof and oil-leakage resistant. A method can be adopted to prevent oil leakage at the output shaft area by setting an oil dam around the stirrer shaft. Leakage, no oil seal used.
③ Stirrer shaft bearing
Technical requirements for the bearing:
The bearing shaft must not extend into the pool, and should be capable of supporting the weight of the bearing shaft and impeller, as well as withstand the torque, bending moment, and axial load required for operation. The bearing type should ensure that most of the shaft deflection force during the operation of the agitator is not transferred to the reducer gears and bearings.
The shaft support bearings for the agitator are designed for grease lubrication and equipped with an oil cup for replenishing grease. The basic rated life of the bearing should be no less than 100,000 hours.
④ Propeller mixer stirrer shaft
Technical requirements for the agitator shaft:
·Propeller mixer shafts are made of 304 stainless steel lined with rubber or 316L stainless steel; glass fiber or composite materials are not permitted; shaft
During processing, straightening, polishing, surface treatment, or annealing may be required.
The agitator shaft has sufficient torsional and bending rigidity; the calculated tensile stress of the shaft should be at least 3 times lower than the tensile yield stress of the material, while the calculated shear stress should be at least 3.5 times lower than the shear yield stress of the material.
·The stirrer shaft is not equipped with a coupling, and no auxiliary bearings above or below the waterline are provided.
·The搅拌轴is connected to the gear box solid shaft with a rigid coupling, and should be connected to the gear box hollow shaft with an elastic coupling. The couplings are located at the bottom of the gear box, and do not affect the gear box during shaft removal; however, the interior parts of the gear box should not be exposed during shaft removal.
⑤ Impeller
The impeller should be composed of cast wheel housing and blades, material being: 304 stainless steel lined with rubber or 316L stainless steel; the connection between the wheel housing and the blades should be designed for ease of disassembly and corrosion resistance.
Technical requirements for impeller:
The impeller should be an efficient axial flow type, a combination of axial and radial flow impeller, or an equivalent impeller. The impeller rotates clockwise.
·Blades are connected to the central wheel housing with bolts (with double nuts for anti-loosening), which is connected to the shaft through keyways and anchor pins.
·The number of blades should not exceed 3, with each blade having sufficient strength and rigidity to prevent deformation during rotation. The angle between the blade cross-section and the mixing axis increases with the diameter of the blade, or an equivalent cross-section.
3 Propeller Mixer Installation Requirements and Inspection
Before installation, the protective tape packaged by Duwan Environmental Protection to prevent part damage must not be removed prematurely.
Installation Technical Conditions: Prior to equipment installation, bidders shall inspect the related dimensions and installation elevation of the pool, and they should comply with the design requirements. The guide rail for lifting and lowering should be installed perpendicular to the water surface, with the allowable deviation of its perpendicularity not exceeding 1/1000mm。
On-site inspection and adjustment: After installation, the equipment should be inspected according to technical requirements to ensure that its tolerance meets the specified standards. Check and lubricate as necessary.
4. Warranty Period
Warranty18 months, starting from the date of delivery to the site, lifetime free guidance and maintenance.

All on-site control cabinets are made of 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of not less than 2mm, and equipped with stainless steel door handles on the cabinet doors.
A.2.4 The cabinet door locks should be uniformly selected as corrosion-resistant and sturdy alloy locks. The outer lock should be a key-type lock, while the inner lock should be a convenient lock. The keys for locks of the same type should be identical. The control cabinet panel must also have a sealed cover with an observation hole covering the indicator lights and buttons, etc., and it should be lockable to prevent moisture from rain from affecting the components. Silicon rubber sealing rings should be used.
