I. Overview
The shaftless screw conveyor has replaced the traditional belt conveyor, boasting advantages such as simple maintenance, low pollution, low noise, and high work efficiency, which have quickly gained attention. Not only can it transport light, soft, fine, and strip-like floating materials that older equipment cannot handle, but it can also separate sand from water and squeeze waste. It is aesthetically pleasing with a reasonable structure. However, the main shaft of this equipment is a shaftless spiral, which is difficult to manufacture. In the past, domestic production relied on imports. After years of testing, our factory has successfully developed our own shaftless spiral, becoming one of the national shaftless spiral manufacturers. Through continuous efforts, our factory has developed various materials including ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, manganese steel, and stainless steel, encompassing four major series such as slag and mud conveyance, sand and water separation, and squeezing reinforcement.Over 1,000 specifications of shaftless helixes, primarily used in shaftless screw conveyors, screw presses, sand-water separators, and other equipment. These devices are widely applied in various fields such as environmental protection, metallurgy and mining, chemical and food industries.

Section II: Structure and Working Principle:
Axleless Screw Conveyors consist of a drive unit and an axleless spiral.Composed of ?-shaped grooves, inner plates, lids, feed hoppers, and discharge openings. Its working principle is: material enters the conveyor from the feed hopper and is pushed to the discharge opening by the rotating shaftless screw.
III. Performance Features:
1. Simple structure; no bearings in the conveying trough for smooth material flow.
2. The entire conveying process takes place within a sealed conveying trough, preventing material spillage and avoiding secondary contamination.
3. The shaftless helix is formed using a special processing technique for integral molding, with a single molding length exceeding one meter.
4. Low-speed operation, low noise, low energy consumption, and maintenance-free.
Four. Installation Type
Standard models are available for ground-mounted horizontal or inclined installations, or suspended installations upon customer request. We can also provide mixed ground and suspended fixed inclined installations, as well as mobile installations.?Swivel around the feed port axis?and other special installation methods.

Field control box byDuwan Environmental ProtectionSupplied as a set, control box features a transparent double-door design, made of stainless steel.304-grade material is used for both the bracket and the frame, ensuring a sturdy fit; the plate thickness is no less than 1.5mm. The outdoor protection rating is IP55, while the indoor rating is at least IP4X. Inside the box, protective switches, control switches, and logic components are installed. The panel features a multi-functional meter, a toggle switch, start/stop buttons, and an emergency stop button, as well as running indicator lights. In the event of a device failure, it can stop the equipment's operation.
