Structure Principle

This machine is composed of two powdering main units, a cyclone collection system, and screening equipment. The main units consist of a frame, main motor, reducer motor, feeding mechanism, adjusting mechanism, and a pair of moving grinding disks and fixed grinding disks. Its basic principle is to achieve pulverization by shearing and grinding the material through the relative motion of the two disks. Cooling with air and water is employed to effectively control the pulverizing temperature, ensuring the physical properties of the powdered material.

The feeding mechanism utilizes a gear-reduction motor with variable frequency speed control, allowing for the adjustment of feeding speed according to different materials to meet better product requirements.
