Structural Principle

This machine is composed of two powdering main units, a cyclone collection unit, and screening equipment. The main units include a frame, main motor, reducer motor, feeding mechanism, adjusting mechanism, and a pair of rotating grinding disks and fixed grinding disks. Its basic principle is to achieve粉碎 (pulverization) by shearing and grinding the material through the relative motion of the two disks. The use of air and water cooling effectively controls the pulverizing temperature, ensuring the physical properties of the powdered material.

The feeding mechanism utilizes a gear-reduction motor with variable frequency speed control, allowing for the adjustment of feeding speed according to different materials to meet better product requirements.
