Structure Principle
This machine consists of two grinding main units, a cyclone collection system, and a separator. The main unit is composed of a frame, main motor, reducer motor, feeding mechanism, adjustment mechanism, and a pair of moving grinding disks and fixed grinding disks. Its basic principle is to achieve crushing by shearing and grinding the material through the relative movement of the two disks. Air and water cooling are used to effectively control the crushing temperature, ensuring the physical properties of the powdered material.
The feeding mechanism is equipped with a gear-reduction motor that utilizes variable frequency speed control, allowing for adjustment of the feeding speed according to different materials to meet product requirements more effectively. The machine boasts a compact structure, low noise, high yield, low energy consumption, simple operation, easy assembly and disassembly, and no environmental pollution, with the added benefit of uniform particle fineness.
