Structural Principle

This machine consists of two main milling units, a cyclone collection system, and a sifting unit. The main unit includes a frame, main motor, reducer motor, feeding mechanism, adjustment mechanism, and a pair of moving and fixed grinding disks. Its basic principle is to achieve pulverization by shearing and grinding the material through the relative motion of the two disks. The use of air and water cooling effectively controls the pulverizing temperature, ensuring the physical properties of the powdered material.

The feeding mechanism utilizes a gear-reduction motor with variable frequency speed control, allowing for adjustment of the feeding speed according to different materials to meet better product requirements.
