Heavy Object Handling Safety Experience & Practical Training

Feature Overview

Experience in handling and transporting heavy loads, as well as techniques for picking up and moving heavy objects; experience with objects of the same shape but different weights; experience with stacking and moving items on a work surface.

Objective: 1. Experience and master the method of manually handling heavy objects; 2. Experience and master the method of transporting heavy objects in confined spaces.

  Note: 1. Properly wear protective gloves; 2. When manually handling, be mindful of hand placement to prevent injury; 3. Avoid sudden movements during handling and strictly prohibit walking backwards.

Process Design

This equipment features 10Kg, 20Kg, and 30Kg weights. Operators handle the three different weight specifications to experience the sensation of varying weights and learn the correct handling techniques.

During handling, remember to squat, lower your center of gravity, bring your body as close to the heavy object as possible, keep your back straight, do not bend over, tighten your core, maintain a neutral spine position, and then lift the heavy object using the strength of your legs.
