Fireworks Safety Experience

Function Overview

Objective: Simulate the safety protection for operations involving welding, cutting, and other thermal processes, as well as the experience of using fire blankets and explosion-proof cabinets.

Process Design

1. Explain types of firework operations, requirements for分级 management, hazards, and hazard analysis. Discuss the importance of pre-operation analysis, the content and steps of the analysis, operation methods of analytical instruments, requirements for selecting sampling points, and experiences with the use of fire extinguishing blankets and explosion-proof cabinets.

2. Demonstration of blind flange installation, inspection and usage of a four-in-one gas detector, as well as sealing of holes, manholes, and ditches.

3. Students practice and check the demonstration content, including protective measures.
