Feature Overview

Experience the power and hazards of a cylinder's rapid movement; understand the dangers of residual pressure in the air line and the importance of releasing it during equipment maintenance; experience the dangers of compressed air explosions.

Process Design

1. Place the experience equipment in the reserved spot with an AC220V power outlet and plug in the power supply.

2. When ready for the experience, turn the rotary switch on the left side of the device. The power indicator light will illuminate, and the device will be powered on. Wait for the device to complete initialization.

3. Secure the experience prop to the experience workbench (cylinder damage experience), press the start button, and observe as the cylinder quickly extends forward, watching the force exerted by the cylinder on the prop and the extent to which it is destroyed; press the stop button, and the cylinder retracts, the system resets.

4. Secure the experience prop on the experience workbench (cylinder residual pressure damage experience), then manually lift the cylinder head stopper. Press the start button, and the cylinder extends forward quickly, sliding to the stopper (the cylinder head failed to contact the prop due to the stopper's action). Close the system (cylinder not reset), and quickly push the stopper down manually. The cylinder extends forward rapidly internally due to the retained residual pressure, compressing and deforming the prop.

5. After the experience is complete, shut off the power to finish one person's session.
