Mechanical Shearing Injury Safety Experience Equipment

Feature Overview

This equipment is a mechanical shearing safety sensory device. It allows trainees to experience the process of mechanical shearing through cylinder operations, as well as the consequences and hazards of improper handling, enhancing their protective awareness. It teaches trainees the correct operational methods, the importance of wearing safety gear, and how to proactively prevent accidents.

Process Design

1. Place the experience equipment in the designated area with an AC 220V power outlet and plug in the power supply.

2. When preparing for the experience, turn on the toggle switch on the left side of the device. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the device is powered on and ready. Wait for the device to complete initialization.

3. After preparation is complete, place the experience props (thin copper sheets, thin iron sheets, or cardboard sheets, etc.) on the cutting machine's worktable. Press the start button, and the cylinder drives the cutting blades downward to cut the experience props. Observe the process of the machine cutting the props to experience the hazards of mechanical shearing and to learn about safety knowledge.

4. After the experience is complete, turn off the power to finish one person's session.
