Overload Safety Sensing Device for Wires

Feature Overview
This equipment demonstrates the phenomenon of line overload under different matching conditions of line capacity and conductor with overload protector capacity, enabling learners to understand the protective role of the overload protector during line overload, as well as the overload trip caused by improper selection of overload protector and conductor capacity, which may even lead to a fire.
Demo Sensory Projects: Demonstrates the phenomenon of fire or even a fire caused by mismatched wires and switches, allowing learners to personally experience the dangers of equipment overload and proactively implement safety protection measures to prevent accidents.
Training Program:
1. Circuit breaker overload protection operation process with sensory experience.
2. Circuit overload fuse wire accident process experience.
Process Design
Position the experience equipment in the reserved slot with an AC220V power outlet and plug in the power supply.
When ready to experience, turn on the rotary switch on the left side of the device. The power indicator light will illuminate, and the device will be powered on. Wait for the device to complete initialization.
First, select a thin wire, connect it to the terminal, close the safety gate, then click the overload start and observe the wire's changes.
After completion, turn the knob to the short-circuit position, connect the two wires of the plug to the resistor, insert it into the five-prong outlet, click to start the short-circuit, and observe the changes in the resistor.
After experiencing, turn off the power, complete one person's experience at a time.
