Dust Explosion Safety Sensory Equipment

Feature Overview
This equipment is a dust explosion safety sensory device, designed to familiarize users with the basics of static electricity and discharge phenomena, experiencing the power and harm of dust explosion caused by static electricity in confined spaces.
Main Features: Allow learners to experience the danger of electrostatic dust explosions. Mix wheat flour with air to simulate a dusty environment, and observe the power of static sparks causing explosions.
Process Design
1. Place the experience equipment in the reserved position with an AC220V power outlet and plug in the power supply.
2. When ready to experience, turn on the rotary switch on the left side of the device. The power indicator light will illuminate, signifying the device is powered on. Wait for the device to complete initialization.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of wheat flour into the glass container, seal it with a paper sheet, close the safety door, and then press the dust explosion start button. As static is generated, gas blows the dust, causing it to float inside the glass tube. You will soon observe the dust explosion, allowing you to understand the dangers of static dust explosion and learn relevant safety knowledge by observing the process.
4. After the experience is complete, turn off the power to finish one person's session.
