Forging release agents are suitable for aluminum/copper/iron, and stainless steel hot forging molding. This product offers excellent lubrication and release properties, enhancing the quality of forged parts. It also provides excellent heat insulation and cooling for molds, which can extend mold life by approximately two to four times based on different forging processes. It does not burn, corrode, or emit harmful gases at high temperatures, eliminating environmental pollution and improving working conditions. It has strong suspension, forms a uniform film, and boasts high adhesion of the coating.

Usage Instructions:

Please ensure thorough mixing before use to prevent the release agent from settling unevenly, which may affect its demolding performance due to its altered characteristics.
2. After shaking the product evenly, pour it into the container. Initially, add a small amount of water (about 1-2 times the product volume) and stir until well mixed. Then, dilute with a large amount of water. Depending on the intended use, dilute generally in a ratio of 8-30 times (reduce the dilution ratio when applying by brush). Up to 40 times dilution can be achieved (the dilution ratio should be determined based on the mold design and the user's experience).
3. Please clean and heat the iron mold surface to above 100℃ before use.
4. Apply with a spray for more even coverage. Please reduce the dilution ratio when painting.

Note:

Keep sealed when not in use. Storage at room temperature between 10-28 degrees Celsius is recommended.
2. After use, clean the spray gun thoroughly with water.
3. Shelf life under sealed storage is 10 months.
