Description
It comes in both graphite and non-graphite variants. Particle sizes include: 1.0~1.5mm, 1.5~2.0mm, and 2.0~3.0mm diameters. It melts and rapidly expands within the injection sleeve and the tip, forming an excellent lubricating film inside the sleeve due to its capillary action. It is easy to use without the need for traditional oil-based or water-based products' spray systems that use drip feed pumps.
Appearance: White, yellow, transparent (without graphite), granular.
Application Range: Shot sleeve with diameter between 50-120mm; Black Granules: Containing graphite, spherical beads.
Density at 20℃: 0.5-0.7 cm³.
Application Range: Injection sleeves with diameters ranging from 50 to 160mm.
【Instructions for Use】
Add granules to the casting chamber using a particle emitter.
Usage varies depending on the punch diameter.
60mm 0.4-0.5g
80mm 0.6-0.8g
100mm 1.0-1.3g
140mm 1.7-2.5g
150mm 2.2-4.0g
The determination of usage is dependent on the casting weight and requires empirical testing.
【Advantages】
No pollution produced by general oily lubricants.
2. Reduce the occurrence rate of casting porosity.
3. Extends the service life of the plunger tube and reduces the adverse effects caused by friction.
4. The lifespan of a die-casting punch for factory use is generally doubled when using pure oil lubrication.
5. Increase the jet speed.
6. Complete particle consumption during casting, free of lubricant contamination.
7. The casting surface is free of oil stains, clean, and glossy.
8. When the gating, runner, and slush mold are recycled for use, they are free of oil stains, smoke, and air pollution.
9. No wastewater treatment required; no water cooling system or cleaning injection nozzle necessary.
10. Highly economical; saves costs significantly.
11. Enhance process safety.
