Thermal pipe insulation thicknesses for energy-saving purposes vary, but generally, pipes operating at more extreme temperatures exhibit greater heat flow, require insulation for the pipeline equipment, and are applied with thicker thicknesses due to the greater potential for savings.

Insulation Methods for Pipelines and Construction Steps
Wall penetration sleeve is misaligned. In actual construction, it is common for the sleeve at the pipe wall penetration to be placed off-center or outside the wall, resulting in the thermal insulation layer not being able to pass through the wall and failing to provide insulation.
Preventive Measures: The sleeves are typically cut and made directly from the pipes in use during construction. The length of the sleeve is determined based on the wall thickness and plaster thickness. Wujiang Pipeline Insulation: Before the wall construction, use multiple wedge-shaped wooden strips to support the sleeve, securing it to the pipe. Ensure that the sleeve and the pipe are concentric when inserting the wooden strips. During the insulation work, remove the wooden strips and then pass the insulation layer through the sleeve.
