Pipe installation process
The pipe should be de-rusted and painted prior to installation. When the pipe cracks, it should be clamped in the pipe pressure clamp; do not use a flat-nose plier to secure the pipe; instead, support or hold the pipe by hand. When using a disc saw to cut the pipe, apply even pressure and avoid excessive force. The operator should stand on the side opposite the direction of the saw blade's rotation.
Additionally, it's worth noting that the pressure increase test must be conducted after installation. The pressure increase test is typically carried out at 1.5 times the water pressure, and leakage should be avoided during the test, i.e., the installation of the piping.
Pipe installation process
During operations involving digging, grinding, piercing, and slag removal, operators must wear protective goggles and must not violate this rule.
2. When steam-cooking pipes, the wire rope should be securely tied to the pipe, and operators must not stand on the inside of the wire rope or cross it. The anchors and piles for other pipes should be securely tied together.
3. During pipeline blowing, supervision by a designated person is required. No installation or maintenance should be carried out during the blowing test.
4. When cooking asphalt, adhere to the relevant regulations for asphalt "boiling oil."
Preparation before industrial pipeline installation
Meters should be within their valid period and have passed calibration. ④ The equipment connected to the pipeline has been aligned and qualified; UPVC pipeline brackets have been installed, and the pipe ends' elevation, level, centerline, and design drawings are in accordance. ⑤ Pipes, fittings, valves, compensators, and other materials have arrived on-site; all certificates and inspection reports are complete. Their quality has been verified to meet the specifications of the design documents, with the required samples already inspected and found to be qualified. ⑥ The pipeline installation is pre-fabricated and completed, with brackets and hangers installed.
