Installation procedure for industrial pipelines

Underground pipelines typically require corrosion resistance. 1. When installing pipeline steel beam supports, operators must wear safety belts during elevated work. Hands should not rest on the top of the beams. It is strictly prohibited to have personnel operating above the supports before they are securely welded to the columns. After the first circle of beams is installed, a safety net should be hung in the middle. Once the steel beam supports are securely welded and the stainless steel pipeline installation quote is provided, proceed with the steam jacket installation without reversing the sequence.

2. Annealing of Convection Tubes: The soldering pot should be placed outdoors with rain protection measures; operators should wear gloves and protective eyewear; it is strictly forbidden to place wet lead blocks into the soldering pot. For steel pipe annealing, the pipe ends should be dried first before inserting into the pot, and securely fastened; operators should wear shoe covers.
