Operating Principle
Material is evenly fed into the V-type classifier from the entire width of the feed chute by a hoist, and it is dispersed uniformly through the inlet guide vanes into the classification area of the classifier. At the same time, due to the negative pressure inside the classifier, air flows into the classifier housing, passes through the uniformly scattered material, and then through the outlet guide vanes, exiting through the exhaust pipe. Due to gravity, the material becomes loose as it falls and is impacted by the guide vanes. Under the action of the airflow, fine particles are carried away with the air flow through the exhaust pipe and directly into the high-efficiency classifier for sorting, where they are collected as finished product by the dust collector. Coarse particles are discharged through the coarse material outlet after a secondary sorting through the air control valve.
