Pulse Jet Bag Filter, combining the advantages of various dust collection devices like room reverse jet and pulse jet, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient kinetic energy during room reverse jet and the simultaneous filtration and cleaning process, thereby enhancing the adaptability and dust collection efficiency of the bag filter.
The dust removal process involves dust-laden gas entering the dust collector through the inlet. Larger particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper, while gas containing fine dust particles passes through the filter bags. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags, and the purified gas is then exhausted into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.
Dust removal process
As the filtration process continues, dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags, increasing the resistance in the dust collector. A conversion valve in a filter unit closes, halting the unit's operation. Reverse compressed air then enters the filter unit, blowing off the dust from the outer surface of the filter bags. Subsequently, the conversion valve plate opens, and the filter unit resumes operation, shifting the cleaning process to the next filter unit. The entire cleaning process is carried out in a cyclic, alternating manner among the various filter units.
