A one-component, environmentally friendly, multi-purpose plastic adhesive mainly composed of high molecular weight resin and imported reinforcing resins.
Easy to use, quick to locate, high adhesive strength, room temperature curing, excellent water and acid-base resistance, non-corrosive to adhesive materials, and maintains quality over long-term storage.
Features include waterproof, heat-resistant, cold-resistant, oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and no discoloration.
Adheres to PE, PP, PTR, PVC, ABS, PC, films, foams, and more; offers strong bonding to rubber, metals, bamboo wood, textiles, paper, etc., with especially good results in interbonding between metal and non-metal materials, as well as cross-adhesion.
Application Scope
Widely used in industries such as home appliances, radio, speaker, hardware and plastic products, decoration and renovation, craft toys, thermal insulation materials, and packaging printing.

【Usage Instructions】
Surface Treatment: Ensure the adherent surface is clean and free from oil and dust, with the surface being dry.
Apply Adhesive: Apply the adhesive directly to the surface of the material to be bonded, ensuring even distribution of the adhesive on the bonding surface. It is mandatory to apply adhesive to both sides, with a thickness of 0.05-0.08mm. Allow to dry for 8-10 minutes until the solvent evaporates (hand-feel dryness is a guide). Ideally, heat the adhesive-coated surfaces to 60-80 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes before bonding. Press the two surfaces together to ensure a tight contact. Remember to flatten the bonding surfaces and remove any air bubbles between them.
【Important Notes】
Use with good ventilation and prevent contact with open flame. Always cover the adhesive after use to prevent solvent evaporation; if the adhesive is too thick, use a thinner to dilute it.
