【Instructions for Use】
Remove dust, oil, rust, etc. from the bonding surface using a dry cloth or sandpaper, then wipe with a cleaning agent to clean the bonding surface.
First, apply coating to the PP/PE surface where the bonding is to take place using JD-310. Wait for 30 seconds to one minute for the treatment agent to evaporate, then apply JD-480 at the bonding site.
The JD-480 can be used by unscrewing the front cover. If there's glue at the bottle opening, first clean it with a soft cloth. Then, after fitting a PE dropper, you can control the glue flow for a guaranteed effect.
Apply a small drop of activator next to the joint, immediately perform the bonding, and maintain until it hardens. The curing time ranges from a few seconds to several minutes. Achieve practical strength in about 30 minutes, and obtain higher strength after 24 hours.
The operation area requires good ventilation conditions.
Wipe the bottle opening clean and securely screw the cap back on.
After use, store the glue in a cool, dry place.
【Important Notes】
Do not wear woven gloves while using; the JD series instant adhesive can be absorbed by the woven material of the gloves, causing a rapid polymerization reaction, which generates high heat and may burn your hands. Therefore, please remember not to wear woven gloves when using it.
JD series quick-drying adhesive has a volatile irritant. Ensure good ventilation in the workplace when used in large quantities.
In case of extensive leakage, water can be used to solidify the substance before scraping it off.
