I. Product Features:
1. Formulated with imported single-component high polymer nano materials, this plastic adhesive is specifically designed for bonding metals and plastics, meeting the requirement for high-temperature resistance. It can withstand long-term high temperatures up to 130°C and short-term temperatures as high as 180°C.
2. Suitable for bonding materials requiring high-temperature resistance, such as plastics, metals, ceramics, stone, rubber, etc.
3. Features include ease of operation at room temperature, high strength, heat resistance, high elasticity, soft adhesive film, good resistance to water, acid, and alkali, and long-term storage without deterioration. It is an ideal adhesive for industries such as home appliances, wireless communication, craft toys, thermal insulation materials, decorative advertising, machinery, hardware, plastic products, and packaging printing.
Section II: Product Application:
JD-9608 high-temperature adhesive is suitable for bonding various transparent or colored plastic products, metal plastic products, ceramics such as PP, PE, PVC, ABS, rubber, metal, ceramics, etc. It also offers good adhesion to materials like acrylic glass, fabrics, and paper. Particularly effective in interfacial bonding and cross-adhesion between ceramics, metals, and non-metallic materials.

Four: Instructions for Use:
Surface Treatment: Ensure the adhered surface is clean and free from oil, dirt, and moisture.
Gluing: Apply the adhesive directly to the surface of the item to be bonded, ensuring a double-sided coating and even application. Allow to dry for 3-5 minutes until the solvent has evaporated (not sticky to the touch). Then, tightly bond the surfaces together, ensuring all air bubbles are removed. If possible, heat the item dried for 3-5 minutes to 55-65°C for 2-3 minutes before bonding for improved adhesion. For loose materials, apply a second coating, let it dry for 5-10 minutes, and then bond the two surfaces directly, applying pressure to ensure a tight contact. Place at room temperature for 24 hours to achieve high service strength, and after 48 hours, the bond will reach high strength.
V. Cautionary Notes:
This product is flammable; store in a cool, well-ventilated area and handle according to flammable goods regulations. Ensure good ventilation and prevent contact with open flames when in use. Always close the adhesive liquid container after use to prevent solvent evaporation. If the adhesive is too thick, dilute it with our exclusive diluent from Nine Point Adhesives. The shelf life is one year; it remains usable after expiration if tested and approved.
